BIOGRAPHICAL PROFILE
Jose Echeverria

Echeverria has been working for Bright Start Educational Consultant both as an Educational Facilitator and English/Spanish/English translator since 2001. He is also currently employed as a facilitator for the Parent Institute for Quality Education in El Monte, CA. Echeverria holds a degree from the Universidad de Yucatan from Yucatan, Mexico and certifications in English Proficiency and Legal Interpretation and Translation from the University of Michigan and California State University at Los Angeles. His previous professional experiences has been as an ESL/Spanish Professor for the Universidad del Mayab in Yucatan, Mexico as well as working as a freelance translator in Mexico and the United States. He served as the Spanish Translator for the university magazine Mayan Culture, with a worldwide distribution as well as developed curriculum for adult ESL classes. In addition to being a highly successful and always in demand as an Educational Facilitator for Bright Start, he has also translated material for its Literacy and Parent Education Seminars.
